GoDaddy.com Introduces Secure Certificates
One of the main reasons why I’m no longer a Verisign (formerly Internic) customer is because from the beginning they have over charged. Solution, $8.95 domain registration from GoDaddy.com… these folks are #1 in my book and I have transfered all my domains over to them. We still had a problem though… what if you wanted to offer secure webserver transactions? In the past you could have gone to Verisign and paid over $400 for a year or Twarte for a lot less (later Verisign bought them out). Today, GoDaddy.com is offering new 128-bit webserver secure certificates that will only cost $50 a year! If this is the first time you heard about GoDaddy.com, you are very welcome.
