<description>That&#039;s a great project, thanks for the info.
I was looking to do something similar for my children&#039;s game room but didn&#039;t have the time, budget or knowledge that you must have had.
After looking around online I found starceilingkits, these guys are based in the UK so gave them a ring and had a chat with them explaining my lack of skills etc. They basically talked me through the whole process and I found that with their DIY kits its pretty simple to get fantastic results.
Bought two kits off them and installed the next day, they also provide instructions and all of the tools required which was a great help.
We now have 300 sparkly light points on our ceiling which look great when the lights are out, also they are invisible by day which was another of my worries, I didn&#039;t want ugly holes to be visible.
In total 2 kits cost me just short of £160, and for the number of stars, easy of use and the end result that is an absolute bargain in my eyes. I couldn&#039;t find cheaper online anyway with some kits costing over £300 for just 150 stars! Madness.
I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for similar advice on this type of project. www.starceilingkits.net
Mention me as I should be on commission!

<description>Fantastic..i&#039;m inspired. You did all of this alone? Ok, so how can I accomplish this by myself - my husband doesn&#039;t own a drill and I have three kids...any hints? Should I really be attempting this by myself? OR...
Is it worth getting the experts in? Where do you think i can I get a quote for this amazing starry night to be installed professionally in my home...
Looking forward to hearing from you. m

<description>Awesome star ceiling implementation. I am working on my own right now. Take a look at StarCeiling123 - WWW.STARCEILING123.COM. They have been extremely helpful in providing great information as well as all the supplies necessary for the project.

<description>i was thinking about making a star studded ceiling in my room, but with led diodes. or a combo of led.s and fiber optics. which do you think is better? and how much did you invest in the project?, if you don&#039;t mind.
