		<description>What if you&#039;re using T-568B instead of T-568A?  Would it be:

- Blue on the RJ-45 jack is equal to Green
- Blue/White on the RJ-45 is equal to Red
- Green on the RJ-45 jack is equal to Black
- Greem/White on the RJ-45 jack is equal to Yellow
