I don't know the programing behind it but if the forecast called for rain but it ended up not raining just have the sprinklers go on after a certain time period. If it starts to rain while watering have it shut off the sprinkler system. I don't know if it does that already but just more thoughts I had. Thanks for reading, David Danny,
