Thanks for the reply.  I ended up keeping the set.  I did have to order a complete set and then have the other returned.  Not the greenest method, but the only one that would guarantee the the replacement in 5-7 days vs. the 6-8 weeks.

In the future, I would suggest you have a system in place for sending replacement parts sooner than 6-8 weeks especially for outdoor sets when the summer is not as long (especially in Seattle).

It&#039;s a great set!  I think I just got a defective set...
