Turn Your Cell Phone Into A Traditional Phone

I just stumbled across this new little gadget that can turn your cell phone into a traditional form factor telephone. This is great for the person that doesn’t have a land line and uses their cell phone for hours at a time — no more overheating cellphones near your head. Besides the standard corded form factor, the “Universal Desktop Station” also offers speaker phone capabilities and charges the phone when docked. The unit retails for $79.99 and is compatible with almost all popular phones from Audiovox, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, Nextel, and Sanyo cell phones; it is also compatible with Nokia, Samsung, Siemens, and Sony-Ericsson phones, although the included adapter cables will need to be used for these phones.
