I think the answer as to how Apple is going to top Microsoft’s MCE offering is that they will under-compete in the feature department. Much like Tivo, Apple tends to concentrate on what average people need and will use. Although I’m not really bullish on the iTV unless I find out it has a TV tuner, I’m sure it won’t need a remote as big as the one in your picture to operate it. :)
