Thanks for the unboxing; looking forward to the full review. I’ve been using 2 Home Theater Master MX-500s and 1 MX-600 for the last few years which I love, but that color touchscreen on the Harmony One is tempting. I’m really interested in the wife acceptance factor of the remote. My wife and kids have mastered the HTM layout and buttons so making a change will require some thing compelling.

I just bought the Harmony 550 a couple of weeks ago and am NOT impressed. I spent almost two hours setting it up via the USB cable and it still doesn’t work right. If I switch between its two modes (watch TV and watch a DVD), it never gets it right. It has a really hard time switching to the correct input on my Philips plasma and my Comcast/Motorola DVR specific buttons work half the time. What a pain! It sure looks pretty though.
