HAI: Home Automation Interface Software

Related Entries: Home Automation
The previous beta testing went well, I had many folks download and test the software and even found numerous bugs! I’m now hard at work finishing up the UI portion of the software. The interface will work with all common aspect ratios and resolutions.

Here is a sneak peak at the progress…

Nice, I like it a lot. Is that a shot of an analog camera or an IP camera? If IP what types are supported?

Thanks,
Aaron

What backend are you using for this system? I assume its PC based, is it a fork off of something like CQC or is this all hand coded?

What systems will this work with? Insteon, Zwave, x10?

Josh,

In short, the HAI Omni Pro II. The Omni Pro II by HAI supports, x-10 (standard, extended, and compose), Lutron Radio Ra, Zwave (Vizia RF), Centralite (hardwired and zigbee), UPB, and of course a version of UPB known as HLC. (HAI Lighting Control) Besides those drivers, the Omni Pro 2 is an RS232 transceiver, meaning one can write custome ASCII to communicate with 3rd party systems like Lutron Homworks, etc.(2 way communication) For more info. check it out:
