Flag Wrapped GEM Electric Cars
DaimlerChrysler is providing customized GEM electric vehicles as the primary mode of transportation during the Sea Island, Ga. G8 Summit on June 8th thru the 10th. Each of the eight countries will have two custom cars that have been wrapped in the colors of the flags of the corresponding G8 leader during the summit. The zero-emissions GEM cars were chosen as part of an effort by the Sea Island Summit Planning Organization to create a “green” summit. [Photo/Stephen Morton]
