I have been trying to focus on getting my Home Automation Control Software ready for prime-time, but have been too busy working on other things. I have been testing the software internally and I hope to have it ready for Beta testing soon!
Version 1 will connect to an HAI controller and offer the usual security, HVAC, lighting, audio control (through HAI OmniPro II) as well as offer widgets for Weather, System Info, Stocks, RSS, Camera Viewer, etc.

it looks nice! Are you planning support for Elk M1? Will it be open sourced?

Very cool. What are your thoughts about software Mainlobby or CQC, they have already the same functionality

Mike,
Support for other controllers will come with time. I'm not planning on releasing it as open source, I'm leaning towards commercial. I feel this route will allow for me to create a much better product long term.
RonX,
I'm familiar with MainLobby and CQC, the reason why I haven't used them in my house is because of the total package/features. None of those products do exactly what I want in a userfriendly way. To complex and limited.

Hey - looks great! Would you mind listing a schedule of items you've got installed? I'm finishing up the building of my house, and have pre-wired as much as possible. I think my first step will be to install the Leviton Vizia-RF units for lighting control.
I'm just not sure what I should use to tie everything together.
Thanks!
